- Starting a trial.You don't need to talk to us first: sign up for the two-day free trial with no payment details, and the trial starts once our team approves your account.
- Connecting VICIdial. Our team does the onboarding: the server connection, IP allow-listing, in-group and campaign setup, and the VICIdial users and phones for your bot remote agents.
- Choosing bots and pricing. Tell us your campaign and how many calls you run at once, and we will point you to the right bot type and per-bot tier.
