Google Sheets + VoiceOI. Every Call That Qualifies, a New Row in Your Sheet.
Add a Google Sheets step to your call script and VoiceOI writes what the bot captured on the call, the lead's details and the answers it collected, into your sheet as a new row.
Sign in with your Google account from the VoiceOI dashboard and choose the spreadsheet and sheet to write to.
2
Set up the header row
Give the sheet a header row with the columns you want, such as name, phone and the answers your script asks for.
3
Add the step to your script
Place a Google Sheets step in the call flow where you want the row written, for example once a lead has qualified.
4
Calls fill the sheet
Every call that reaches the step appends a row, so your team sees qualified leads as the campaign runs.
Why Teams Send Call Data to Sheets
A shared sheet is the simplest way to get qualified leads in front of the people who follow up.
Use the sheet you already have
Write into an existing spreadsheet your team already works from.
Columns matched to your headers
Each column in the header row is filled with the call data mapped to it.
You choose when a row is written
Put the step at the point in the script that matters, such as after qualification.
Test it safely
Simulator test calls write rows too, so you can check the mapping before real leads are dialed.
Full history stays in VoiceOI
Recordings, transcripts and dispositions for every call remain in the dashboard.
Works with warm transfer
Keep a running sheet of qualified leads while your closers take the live transfers.
Good to know
The integration writes to Google Sheets. It does not import leads from a sheet.
Start the sheet with a header row. VoiceOI fills each column by its header name.
Google Sheets Integration FAQs
1
How does the VoiceOI Google Sheets integration work?
You connect your Google account in the VoiceOI dashboard and add a Google Sheets step to your call script. Each call that reaches that step appends a new row to the sheet you chose, with the columns in your header row filled from the call data mapped to them.
2
What data can be written to the sheet?
The data captured on the call, such as the lead's name and phone number and the answers your bot collected (for example age or interest). Each column in the header row is filled with the call data mapped to it.
3
Can VoiceOI import leads from Google Sheets?
No. The integration writes call data to a sheet; it does not read leads from one. Load leads by uploading a CSV lead list, or keep your lists in VICIdial and let VoiceOI bots work as VICIdial remote agents.
4
Can I get the rows into my CRM?
Yes, with a step in between. VoiceOI has no native CRM integration yet, but a CRM can import the sheet as a CSV file, and an automation tool such as Make, n8n or Zapier can watch the sheet for new rows and pass them on. The guide on sending call results to your CRM walks through both and cites each tool's own documentation.
5
Can I test the sheet before going live?
Yes. Test calls in the VoiceOI simulator run the same step, so you can check that each column fills correctly before a campaign dials real leads.
