VoiceOI
Outbound Campaign Control

Outbound Call Campaign Manager.
Lists, Schedules, Retries, Live View.

VoiceOI's outbound call campaign manager is where your operations team sets up and runs AI voice bot campaigns. Attach a lead list, choose the bots, set the schedule, retries and timezone calling windows, then launch, watch calls live and review every disposition. It works with VICIdial or over your own SIP carrier.

  • Outbound campaigns only
  • Lead lists and filters
  • Scheduling, retries and timezone windows
  • Live view of calls
  • Billed per bot, no per-minute AI fee

What the Campaign Manager Controls

A campaign is a lead list worked by a set of bots under rules you choose: who to call, when to call, how often to retry and where each call goes next. Your operations manager sets those rules once; the bots then work the phones and your closers take the qualified transfers.

It is built for outbound floors, call centers and BPOs. It is not a dialer for human reps: the bots place the calls themselves. Scripts come from the no-code AI voice agent builder, and qualified calls are handed on with AI live transfer.

Example campaign log
  1. [CAMPAIGN]"Solar_Leads_Wave_1" scheduled
  2. [LEADS]CSV list attached, state filter applied
  3. [WINDOW]Calling window open in the lead timezone
  4. [BOTS]Bots dialing leads inside the window
  5. [AM]Machine answered: call ended, logged as AM
  6. [RETRY]No answer: retry scheduled by your rules
  7. [XFER]Qualified: live call handed to a closer
  8. [LOG]Dispositions, recordings and transcripts saved

How to Set Up an Outbound Calling Campaign

Seven steps from a finished script to a live campaign.

  1. 1

    Build and test the script

Write the call flow in the no-code builder, then run test calls in the simulator before a real lead is dialed.

  2. 2

    Choose the bots

Pick the bot class and connection for the campaign. Bots are billed per seat, so the number of bots you run sets your capacity.

  3. 3

    Connect your carrier or VICIdial

Add a SIP carrier by pasting its sip.conf or pjsip.conf block into the Carrier Manager, or provision bots in bulk as VICIdial remote agents.

  4. 4

    Attach the lead list

Upload a CSV lead list to the built-in dialer, and narrow it with state, area-code or ZIP filters. On VICIdial, your lists stay in VICIdial.

  5. 5

Set the schedule and calling windows

Choose when the campaign runs and which hours are allowed, applied in each lead's timezone.

  6. 6

    Set retries and pacing

Decide how unanswered leads are retried, and set pacing so dialing stays inside your carrier's limits.

  7. 7

    Launch and watch it live

Start the campaign and watch calls in the realtime view. Afterwards, review dispositions, recordings and transcripts to improve the script.

Campaigns in VICIdial or in the Built-In Dialer

Inside VICIdial

Lists, dial settings and recycling rules stay in VICIdial. Bots join your campaigns as remote agents, provisioned in bulk, and each call's outcome is written back as a disposition. See the VICIdial AI voice bot page.

In the built-in dialer

No VICIdial needed. Upload a CSV list, add your carrier in the Carrier Manager and run the campaign over any SIP trunk, including Twilio and Telnyx. See SIP trunk for AI voice agents.

Monitoring Live Calls and Reviewing Results

What you can see while a campaign runs, and what is saved when it finishes.

Realtime view

Watch the campaign as calls happen, so you can see what the bots are doing right now.

Dispositions

Every call ends with a disposition, such as a transfer, a machine (AM) or a callback.

Recordings and transcripts

Listen to or read any call to find where the script works and where it loses people.

Closer transfers

On fronter and closer bots, qualified calls go live to a closer over SIP, with AI-written notes on the Good Fronter tiers.

VICIdial write-back

On VICIdial campaigns, each outcome is written back to VICIdial as a disposition.

Google Sheets export

On the Pro LG tiers, from $65, a script step appends one row per call with the data captured.

More on the Google Sheets step on the Google Sheets integration page.

Consent and Calling Windows for AI Campaigns

Since the FCC's February 2024 ruling, AI-generated voices count as "artificial" voices under the TCPA, so telemarketing calls that use them need the called person's prior express written consent. Load only leads you have consent to call. Consent and registry duties stay with you, and this is not legal advice. The campaign manager gives you timezone calling windows; the bots add do-not-call phrase handling that ends the call, an optional AI-voice disclosure, and recordings and transcripts of every call.

Campaign Manager Pricing: Included With Every Bot

The campaign manager has no separate line on the price list: you pay a prepaid monthly price per bot. List prices run from $25 to $155 per bot per month by bot class and connection type, with volume discounts of up to 60% and no per-minute AI fee. Your carrier bills the call minutes. Closer bots can use the Advanced Voice Engine: 2 Workers Free (then $15/worker). The Standard Voice Engine is included at no extra cost. Every tier is on the per-bot pricing page.

What the Campaign Manager Doesn't Do

So you can rule it in or out quickly, it does not:

  • Dial for human reps as a power, parallel or predictive dialer. Keep VICIdial or your dialer for that.
  • Close sales or book meetings. The bots qualify and transfer; your team does the rest.
  • Leave voicemails. When a machine answers, the call ends.
  • Answer inbound calls. VoiceOI is outbound only.
  • Sync with a CRM yet. CRM integrations are coming soon.
  • Send SMS or book calendar appointments.

Outbound Call Campaign Manager FAQs

What is an outbound call campaign manager?

An outbound call campaign manager is where you set up and run a calling campaign: which leads to call, when to call them, how to retry and how to review the results. In VoiceOI it controls campaigns worked by AI voice bots.

How do I load leads into a VoiceOI campaign?

Upload a CSV lead list to the built-in dialer and narrow it with state, area-code or ZIP filters. If you use VICIdial, your campaigns and lists stay in VICIdial, and the bots work them as remote agents. VoiceOI doesn't import leads from Google Sheets.

How many calls can a campaign run at once?

Capacity follows the number of bots you run: VoiceOI bills per bot (seat), and volume discounts are based on how many bots run concurrently. Add bots to add capacity, and set pacing so your carrier's limits are respected.

Can I control when a campaign calls?

Yes. Campaigns support scheduling, retries for leads who did not answer and calling windows applied in each lead's timezone, so calls go out during the hours you allow.

Does the campaign manager work with VICIdial?

Yes. On VICIdial, lists, campaigns and recycling stay in VICIdial, the bots join as remote agents and each outcome is written back as a disposition. Without VICIdial, the built-in dialer places the calls over any SIP carrier.

Is it a predictive or power dialer?

No. Predictive and power dialers speed up dialing for human reps. VoiceOI's bots make the calls themselves, and qualified calls are transferred to your reps on fronter and closer bots.

Where do results go after a campaign?

Your VoiceOI dashboard keeps call logs with dispositions, recordings and transcripts. On VICIdial campaigns the outcome is written back to VICIdial, and the Pro LG tiers can append one row per call to Google Sheets. CRM integrations are coming soon.

How much does it cost?

The campaign manager has no separate fee: you pay per bot. List prices run from $25 to $155 per bot per month, fronter bots start at $25, and volume discounts go up to 60%. There is no per-minute AI fee; your carrier bills the call minutes.
