This includes data accessed through social logins or manual account registration.
2. How to Request Deletion
To satisfy the "Data Deletion Request Callback" requirement, we provide a manual verification process to ensure the security of your account before deletion is finalized. To request data deletion, please follow these steps:
Send an email to support@voiceoi.com from the email address associated with your account.
Use the subject line: User Data Deletion Request - [Your Name]
State that you wish to have all your personal information and organization data permanently removed from the VoiceOI platform.
3. Processing Time & Impact
Once received, our team will verify the request and initiate the deletion process:
- Verification: You will receive a confirmation email to verify your identity.
- Data Erasure: All account metadata, organization settings, and social login links will be purged from our databases.
- Timeline: Full deletion is typically completed within 72 hours of verification.
Note: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your account and all associated voice scripts, leads, and recordings cannot be recovered.
