There are two ways in, and both use the same script builder and bot types.
Each bot is a VICIdial remote agent. You provision bots in bulk and assign them to campaigns; VICIdial keeps your lists, campaigns and reports, the bot handles the conversation, and the outcome is written back as a disposition. This is how the VICIdial AI voice bot works.
No VICIdial? The built-in dialer runs bot campaigns over your SIP carrier. Upload a CSV lead list, set pacing, calling windows and retries, filter by state, area code or ZIP, and follow calls in a real-time view.
Copy the sip.conf or pjsip.conf block your carrier provides.
Paste it into the Carrier Manager and save it.
Build and test the bot in the simulator, then launch the campaign on that carrier.
Your carrier keeps billing call minutes at its own rates. VoiceOI bills per bot, with no per-minute AI fee.
These controls work the same whether bots dial through VICIdial or a SIP carrier. They are not legal cover: your carrier and dialer do not change the consent rules, and consent stays your responsibility. The TCPA page explains what the FCC's 2024 ruling on AI voices means for your campaigns.

Today VoiceOI works with VICIdial (bots as remote agents, bulk provisioning, outcomes written back), Asterisk and FreePBX-based systems over SIP, any SIP carrier including Twilio and Telnyx SIP trunks, and Google Sheets for exporting call data on the Pro LG tiers. HubSpot, Salesforce and GoHighLevel integrations, Make and n8n automation, and webhooks with an API are planned but not available yet.
Yes, if your carrier provides a SIP trunk. Twilio and Telnyx SIP trunks work, and so does any other SIP carrier. You add it by pasting its sip.conf or pjsip.conf block into the Carrier Manager.
No. The built-in dialer runs bot campaigns over your SIP carrier from a CSV lead list you upload, with pacing, calling windows, retries and a real-time view of live calls. If you already run VICIdial, the bots can work inside your existing campaigns as remote agents instead.
Not yet. HubSpot, Salesforce and GoHighLevel integrations are coming soon. For now, VICIdial receives each outcome as a disposition, the VoiceOI dashboard has call logs, recordings and transcripts, and on the Pro LG tiers a Google Sheets step adds one row per call.
No. The Google Sheets integration only writes call data to a sheet. To load leads, upload a CSV file to the built-in dialer or keep your lists in VICIdial.
Not yet. Webhooks and an API for connecting your own systems are planned. Until they ship, work from VICIdial dispositions, the dashboard or the Google Sheets export.
