Who writes for VoiceOI

Every blog article shows who wrote it and the date it was published. A named author's byline links to their profile, with their background and every article they have written: see our authors. Articles written by the team as a whole are credited to the VoiceOI Editorial Team. The reference guides, such as the dialer types guide, are written and maintained by the VoiceOI team.

Every article and guide is reviewed before it is published by Saifullah Shaukat, founder of VoiceOI, who built the product and checks each page against how it really works. Articles by other writers show "Reviewed by Saifullah Shaukat" under the title.

VoiceOI is a product of GIXIAI (PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company registered in Pakistan. More about the company is on the About page.

What we write about

Outbound calling for call centers and BPOs: voice bots and AI agents, VICIdial and SIP carriers, live transfers to closers, answering machine detection, pricing models, and the rules that apply to outbound calls. We write for the people who run and staff outbound floors.

How we check facts

• About VoiceOI. Statements about what VoiceOI does are checked against the product. Our pages also say what VoiceOI does not do, so you can judge the fit before you sign up.
• About other vendors.Facts about other products, including prices, are taken from the vendor's own pages, linked next to the fact, and dated. Prices change often, so check the linked page before you buy.
• About the law. Where an article describes a rule, such as the TCPA or do-not-call requirements, it links to the primary source (for example the FCC, the FTC or the eCFR) rather than a summary. Our articles explain rules in general terms and are not legal advice.
• Numbers. Cost examples show their working, so you can repeat them with your own numbers.

Comparisons and disclosure

VoiceOI appears in some of the comparisons and lists we publish. When it does, the article says so and VoiceOI's entry states its limits. We do not score or rank products we have not tested.

Software and AI tools

Writers may use software, including AI tools, for research, outlines and drafts. The named author is responsible for the article, and the founder reviews it against the product and its sources before it is published.

Dates and updates

Each article shows the date it was published, and a "last updated" date when it has been changed since. Each reference guide shows the date its facts and sources were last checked. When a feature, a price or a rule changes, we update the pages that describe it.

Corrections
