What the tier labels mean
- Dedicated Switch: Hosted SIP bots run through a switch dedicated to the bots, rather than through your own VICIdial or Asterisk system.
- Call Termination on Transfer: When a bot transfers a qualified call, the bot ends its side of the call and moves on to the next call while the closer takes the transferred call.
- Connects to VICIdial / Asterisk: the bot runs inside your own VICIdial or Asterisk setup. The VoiceOI team does the VICIdial integration with you.

If you already run your own dialer or telephony servers (like VICIdial or Asterisk), choose the VICIdial tiers, which are built to connect bots to your existing setup. If you want VoiceOI to provide the SIP gateway, choose the SIP tiers.
How does per-bot seat pricing work?
VoiceOI uses prepaid per-bot billing instead of per-minute AI fees. A seat is one bot, which is one concurrent call slot, and there is no per-minute AI fee. Speech recognition, voice synthesis and the conversation model run on VoiceOI infrastructure by default, not through metered third-party APIs.
Does VoiceOI offer a free trial?
Yes. VoiceOI offers a two-day free trial, with no payment details needed. Sign up and the trial starts once our team approves your account, or contact the team first if you want to talk through your VICIdial or SIP setup.
What is the difference between Fronter and Closer bots?
Fronter bots ask a few quick questions to qualify a lead or verify interest, then warm-transfer the call to your human closers. Closer-class bots are AI agents built for longer, more complex conversations with more questions and deeper branching, and they also hand qualified leads to your human closers. LG (lead generation) bots are AI agents that verify details and collect information.
Do the bots transfer calls to my human closers?
Fronter and Closer bots warm-transfer qualified leads to your human closers over SIP, and closer routing rules decide where each call goes. Which tiers leave notes for the closer is listed on each card. LG bots do not transfer calls.
How do VoiceOI scale discounts work?
Volume discounts apply automatically based on the number of concurrent bots you select: 10-49 seats get 15% off, 50-99 seats get 30% off, 100-249 seats get 45% off, and 250+ seats get 60% off across all bot tiers.
