Outbound calls that set appointments for a sales offer are typically telemarketing calls. In February 2024 the FCC ruled that AI-generated voices count as "artificial" voices under the TCPA, so these calls need prior express written consent from each person you call. Only load leads whose consent covers calls with an AI voice, and keep your consent records.
