Per-bot prices drop from 10 concurrent bots: recorded-voice fronters get 15% off at 10+ bots and 30% off at 50+, the AI fronter steps down from $70 to $30 per bot at 2,500+ bots, and AI lead gen from $150 to $65. Yes. VoiceOI bots appear in VICIdial as remote agents. You can provision many bots in bulk, and call outcomes are written back to VICIdial. VoiceOI also works with your SIP carrier, including Twilio and Telnyx SIP trunks, and with Asterisk and FreePBX-based setups over SIP.

Per-minute platforms bill for every minute of AI conversation, so the bill follows talk time. VoiceOI bills a prepaid rate per bot, so the bill follows how many calls you run at once. VoiceOI is also built around VICIdial and SIP call centers: bots run as VICIdial remote agents and hand qualified leads to your human closers with a warm transfer.

No. VoiceOI is built for operations teams. Your campaign manager can build a call flow in the visual script builder, test it in the simulator, and launch a campaign with scheduling, retries and timezone calling windows without writing any code.

No. VoiceOI is outbound calling software: bots work the leads on your lists and transfer the qualified ones to your closers. It does not answer inbound calls or work as a receptionist. Conversations are English-first, and speech recognition is English-only today. CRM integrations are coming soon, and VoiceOI does not book calendars, send texts or leave voicemail messages.

VoiceOI includes answering-machine detection, spoken do-not-call request handling that ends the call, timezone-aware calling windows and an optional TCPA AI-voice disclosure. Call logs, dispositions, recordings and transcripts are available in the dashboard for review. Since the FCC's February 2024 ruling, AI-generated voices count as artificial voices under the TCPA, so telemarketing calls that use them need prior express written consent, and compliance stays your responsibility.
