VoiceOI does not offer webhooks or an API yet. They are planned. Today, call outcomes are written back to VICIdial, and call logs, dispositions, recordings and transcripts are in the VoiceOI dashboard.

VICIdial Write-Back
If you run VICIdial, call outcomes (dispositions) are written back to VICIdial, where your campaigns and lists live.
Dashboard Call Logs
Call logs, dispositions, recordings and transcripts are available in the VoiceOI dashboard for your team to review.
Google Sheets Rows
Add a Google Sheets step to your script and each call that reaches it appends a new row to a sheet you connect with Google sign-in, filled from the answers and lead details captured on the call.

2How can I get call data out of VoiceOI today?
Call logs, dispositions, recordings and transcripts are available in the VoiceOI dashboard. If you run VICIdial, call outcomes are written back to VICIdial, and each call that reaches a Google Sheets step appends a row to a sheet you connect. There are no webhook or API connections to other systems yet.
